Nature bugs will comply with data protection rules and keep all personal information secure. Some information is needed for the safe running of sessions however this will never be shared with third parties.

 

We will comply with the UK data protection legislation and all data will be handled as follows;
• ● used fairly, lawfully and transparently​
• ● used for specified, explicit purposes​
• ● used in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to only what is necessary​
• ● accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date​
• ● kept for no longer than is necessary​
• ● handled in a way that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unlawful or unauthorised processing, access, loss, destruction or damage

 

Policies

 

 

In circumstances where classes need to be cancelled by the Leader a full refund will be given.

 

 

For reasons outside of our control (eg. high winds or storms rendering the site unsafe or emergency site closure), a choice of alternative sessions will be offered or a session credit note issued.

 

 

We ask that everyone entering the site is respectful of each other and of the resources. Any issues which may arise please don't hesitate to speak with the Forest School leader.

 

 

Everyone entering the site is entering at their own risk and need to understand that elements of healthy risk taking will be part of sessions in line with the ethos of Forest School UK.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE A NUT-FREE SITE and respectfully ask you not to bring any with you due to severe allergies. Thank you.
